Morganton Arms has one of the best locations in Fayetteville, NC. We are surrounded by the established neighborhoods of HAYMOUNT and Vanstory Hill in the heart of Fayetteville.
We are located on Morganton Road halfway between the beautiful, historic downtown district with the new baseball stadium and the shopping and dining districts surrounding Crosscreek Mall.
Living
We offer multiple floor plans (1, 2, 2 w/Den, or 3 bedroom) each with its own unique characteristics. All units include full sized washer & dryer as well as a screened porch or balcony.
Community
In the heart of Fayetteville’s historic community at Haymount, yet surrounded by modern growth. Within 5 minutes of our apartments is the Cape Fear Historical Complex and Museum which includes exhibits on Civil War and local history. Just down the hill is historic downtown Fayetteville with its beautiful tree lined streets and specialty shops and restaurants. Enjoy the history of Ft Bragg and of all our troops starting in the 1940s and pay tribute to those who have fought and died for our country.
